As a Part-Time Student - Accounting Operations  for John Deere Financial Worldwide Headquarters located in Johnston, IA , you will...

Assist with monthly and quarterly accounting close activities, including account reconciliations and supporting documentation. Assist with preparation and review of journal entries, reports, and supporting schedules. Participate in process improvement initiatives to help automate and streamline accounting processes. Collaborate with Accounting Operations team members on projects related to controls, compliance, and financial reporting. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools

Ideally, you will be pursuing a bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; others may apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Must be in sophomore or junior status Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. accredited college/university Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours / weekly Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours / weekly  Must be able to commute to the work location in Johnston, IA basis year-round (NOTE: Relocation assistance is not provided.)
