Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Engineer - IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) to support the execution and delivery of building automation and smart building projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in IBMS project execution, project management, installation, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination .
Key Responsibilities
Execute IBMS projects from initiation through commissioning and project closure. Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IBMS systems. Manage project schedules, site activities, and resource planning to ensure timely project completion. Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Review engineering drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation. Prepare project reports, progress updates, commissioning reports, and handover documents. Support integration of systems including HVAC, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, Energy Management Systems, and Building Automation Systems. Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).
