We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Internal Sales Representative to join our Derwent Park branch. This is an opportunity for a capable sales professional who can manage customer relationships, provide product and customer support, and contribute to branch sales performance. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, working closely with the branch team to deliver responsive service, resolve enquiries and identify opportunities for growth.

Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email and front counter. Provide advice on products, pricing, stock availability, deliveries and account enquiries. Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve service outcomes. Assist with customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support branch sales targets through proactive follow-up, quoting and customer engagement. Assist with pick packing and occasional customer deliveries. Work collaboratively with the branch team to maintain a safe, efficient and customer-focused operation.

To be successful, you will bring: Demonstrated internal sales, customer service or branch-based sales experience.
