Qualifying database via phone & email Updating CRM Database Find leads through phone communication, create leads in CRM, and assign leads to the correct sales Support & execute planned TM campaigns or support event campaigns

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in any major; however, a technical background such as chemical, electrical, or related fields is considered a plus. English is a must (reading & listening) Strong communication skill Persuasive in information gathering and management Result-driven Self-motivated with a good working attitude Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveyor is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Mandatory : Excellent Attitude Strong Integrity Degree in any fields Able to read in English Good interpersonal skills
