Consultant III - National Benefits Administration

National Benefits Administration is a dynamic team that leverages people, processes, technology and data to deliver accurate and timely benefits and plans to our business partners, customers and members. The Plan & Benefits QA Consultant III position is responsible for benefits testing using UiPath automation for California and in addition auditing plan and benefit validation activities performed by external vendors in Markets Outside California (MOC). This role ensures accuracy, quality, compliance, and efficiency of benefits testing, configuration validation, and plan setup processes. The position serves in providing quality oversight, SOX control support, metrics management, and governance for plan and benefit validation activities. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives and ongoing projects within National Benefits Administration (NBA) programs.

Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives.
