About the Role Lead end-to-end execution of hotel construction projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction milestones to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and hotel operators throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence. Manage contractor performance, contract administration, and vendor relationships to drive project success. Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory approvals, health & safety standards, and hotel brand requirements. Oversee quality control processes, site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and operational requirements. Ensure seamless project closeout, snag rectification, and successful handover to operations teams.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. 8-15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in hotel, hospitality, resort, or large commercial projects. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end construction projects within budget and schedule. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, contract management, and procurement. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and guest-facing infrastructure requirements. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities with a high level of commercial acumen. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
