Job Title BIM Lead – Design & Engineering Production Hub, Philippines Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its Project & Development Services, Data Centre Group and Building Engineering Services teams. The Hub will provide modelling, drawing, engineering and document production support to hub offices, with an initial workload of international projects. Over time, it is intended to grow into a full design and engineering centre supporting hub offices with project delivery. The BIM Lead establishes and owns the Hub’s BIM environment, sets up project models and standards, and leads the BIM technician team, working closely with the Production Hub Team Leader. Set up and manage the Hub’s BIM and Revit environment, including templates, families, standards and model set-up for each project. Lead model coordination across disciplines, manage the BIM technicians, and ensure models and drawings meet project and client requirements across multiple international projects.

2.0 – Key Responsibilities: 2.1 – BIM Environment & Standards Establish the Hub’s BIM standards, Revit templates, family libraries and drawing conventions. Develop BIM Execution Plans and adapt them to project, client and hub office requirements. Align Hub standards with ISO 19650 and the BIM requirements of each project location. Maintain the Hub’s Common Data Environment set-up, folder structures and naming conventions. 2.2 – Model Set-Up & Production Set up project models, including shared coordinates, worksharing, linked models and view templates. Lead model production across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, contributing hands-on where required. Produce drawings, schedules and quantities extracted from the model. Manage model health, file performance and version control across concurrent projects. 2.3 – Coordination & Quality Lead multi-disciplinary model coordination and clash detection, and track resolution with the design team. Carry out model audits and checks before issue. Ensure models meet the required level of development and information requirements at each stage. Identify and implement improvements in workflow, automation and turnaround. 2.4 – Team Leadership & Capability Lead, allocate work to and develop the BIM technicians. Provide Revit and BIM training to the wider Hub team, and support hub office users where needed. Evaluate and recommend software, plug-ins and hardware for the Hub. Support the growth of the Hub’s BIM capability toward design and engineering delivery, including data centre projects. 2.5 – Collaboration Work closely with the Production Hub Team Leader on programme, resourcing and quality. Interface directly with hub office project teams, consultants and client BIM managers. Promote consistent, collaborative and delivery-focused ways of working.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; BIM-related certifications are highly preferred. 5 to 10 years of experience in BIM leadership roles , preferably within a consulting, shared services, or global delivery environment , supporting multidisciplinary design and construction projects. Proven experience leading BIM execution and coordination for Data Centers, Corporate Fit-Outs, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Facilities, or other complex engineering and architectural projects across multiple regions. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and other BIM technologies , with expertise in BIM standards development, clash detection, model coordination, and digital project delivery. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor global BIM teams , collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), quality standards, and client requirements.
