What You’ll Do As a Millwright , you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH. You’ll get to:  Responsibilities / Authority: Coordinate schedules and follow up on assignments through completion Establish preventative maintenance methods to reduce unscheduled downtime Complete the necessary preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment as scheduled Attend required internal and/or external safety classes and follow all safety rules Repair and recondition equipment throughout the facility as required Complete and maintain accurate documentation of mechanical maintenance activities Operate lift truck, cranes, welders and other equipment to perform maintenance duties Train new apprentices as assigned Abide by all OSHA, National Electric Code, and Fire codes Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Plan and recommend future equipment and facility requirements Assist in the selection and development of mechanical maintenance personnel Perform Maintenance tasks as assigned by Maintenance Leadership Who You Are You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have:     State approved Maintenance Journeyman’s card or equivalent experience. State approved Mechanical Maintenance Journeyman Card or five years of industry experience Ability to develop, implement, or improve preventative maintenance measures Experienced electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic background Thorough knowledge of OSHA, the National Electric Code, and the Fire Code Ability to read and comprehend instructions, along with effective verbal and written communication skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Must have a valid lift truck operators license or successfully complete lift truck training Ability to lift 50 pounds.
