Work Location : Kenitra TFZ Plant

Establish direct contact with resident quality engineers at customer sites to identify solutions to quality issues reported by customers and protect them from any potential defects. Request and follow up on PPAP and IMDS approvals for components until they are 100% approved. Coordinate the PPAP process and submit PSWs according to the product's planned timeline during engineering changes, launch phases, or whenever required by the customer. Ensure that quality issues are effectively communicated to the plant. Retrieve the Control Plan and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for the product family being launched. Review and control Engineering Changes (ECs/EIs). Coordinate problem-solving meetings by assigning members of the cross-functional team. Notify the customer about site launches and delivered products. Obtain harness and component drawings. Control and manage master/sample harnesses. Participate in Quality Improvement Plan projects. Receive and manage customer complaint files (8D reports, 48-hour response, 15-day action plan, and 8D closure). Support Production and Engineering teams in root cause analysis and the development of corrective action plans. Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness. Participate in FMEA development and updates. Manage internal non-conformities and validate the associated action plans. Serve as the interface with customer sites and support resident engineers. Ensure APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches. Ensure the identification and definition of special characteristics. Monitor quality performance indicators such as IPPM, DPPM, RPPM, Warranty, Sorting Cost, and Rework. Manage warranty claims, including 8D reports, customer responses, action plans, and 8D closure. Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements in accordance with the Seven Key Elements and ISO 14001 standards. Support Environmental Management System activities. Lead and supervise customer audits. Develop, maintain, and revise Control Plans. Experience Requirements

Engineering degree Strong knowledge of the 8D problem-solving methodology. Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, and PSW requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
