• An end-to-end service allowing for IFRS and U. • S. • GAAP compliance in the financial reporting of leases, overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process, from coordinating the creation of a new lease to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing the administration, tracking, and auditing of lease documents, and monitoring the business and financial transactions for lease properties. What are we looking for? • • Finance Processes • • US GAAP fixed asset accounting, including ASC 360, depreciation methodologies and capitalization principles • Systems Knowledge (preferred) • • Exposure to Yardi ERP • Industry Experience (preferred) • • Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities: • •• In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems • • You will typically be creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • • The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • • You will need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions • • You will need to monitor & drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics • • Your primary upward interaction is with a direct supervisor or team leads • • Record approved asset additions, transfers, reclassifications, depreciation, disposals and retirements accurately and on time. • • Prepare or review fixed asset roll-forwards, asset reports and subledger reconciliations; resolve or escalate breaks and aged items. • • Validate asset class, useful life, property code and supporting approvals before posting transactions. • • Maintain control and audit evidence, support standardization and monitor SLA and quality performance; specific KPI targets RTR owner to validate. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Any Graduation About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
