Job Description
As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will define and execute our quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle. You will foster an Inclusive culture of continuous improvement while managing frontline quality deliverables. Partnering with global deployment teams, stakeholders, and business leaders, you will align quality metrics with business objectives to drive meaningful impact. We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience who are passionate about collaborative assurance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Quality & Governance Define and execute a robust quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle to meet established business objectives Establish the governance framework for our internal audit programmes to help to ensure organizational adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory requirements Collect and analyze relevant performance data to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, recommending strategic improvements to project delivery Process & Operational Excellence Develop and deploy a tailorable audit methodology and database to evaluate projects of differing risk profiles and technologies across the International Region Conduct collaborative assurance audits that help project teams understand the value of best practices, overseeing all findings and non-compliances through to successful closure Support external ISO audits, continuously analyzing results to incorporate actionable feedback into our overarching quality assurance strategy and operational delivery Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resolution Lead root cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues impacting project deployments Partner with Systems Integration project stakeholders, international deployment teams, and business leadership to align quality metrics Collaborate with the global Corporate Quality organization to maintain strategic alignment on enterprise-wide quality initiatives, partnering with the broader Business Operations team to integrate these advancements into our regional strategy for continuous improvement Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree Solid experience in quality management or systems integration Job Requirements Technical Expertise Audit Programme Design to architect tailorable assessment questionnaires, databases, and selection approaches for diverse risk profiles Quantitative Analysis to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents Data Management to utilize statistical analysis tools supporting data-driven decision-making ISO 9001 Standards to support external assessments and help to ensure strict regulatory and operational adherence Root Cause Analysis (CAPA) to execute corrective actions and resolve deployment-impacting issues
