Workday is expanding our Global Payroll Team and is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst who wants to make their mark on a growing organization.

As an International Payroll Analyst, you'll combine technical payroll expertise, project coordination, and employee support in one role. You'll process payroll using the Workday Payroll system and prepare monthly international payroll instructions for third-party vendors, while supporting broader international payroll projects. You'll work closely with the wider International Payroll team, partnering with third-party vendors and internal Workday teams on integrated payroll solutions and implementation projects. This role is a great fit if you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping projects move from idea to completion. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •    Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll with strong data integrity •    Prepare monthly payroll instructions for international payroll third party vendors •    Audit payroll results from third-party payroll providers, or from the Workday payroll system to ensure accuracy •    Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with balance sheet reconciliation queries for payroll accounts •    Familiarity with and follow SOX controls for the international payroll process •    Assist with payroll and statutory audits as needed •    Prepare year-end documentation as required •    Track new hires, terminations, and employee changes and audit accuracy for respective country payroll results •    Ensure direct deposit and tax details are established for new employees •    Ensure feedback and solution to employee’s queries connected with internal payroll •    Prepare and maintain international payroll process documentation •    Lead internal projects to migrate third party payroll providers to integrated solutions with Workday partners •    Support cross functional projects with payroll partners.  LOA, Time, Benefits Implementations •    Reconcile payroll taxes and resolve tax notices to ensure payroll regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time •    Partner with other Workday teams to design and implement cross-functional process
