We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    soft Services Executive - Job Description Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of non-technical facility services (cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, catering, reception, mailroom, security) Ensure all services meet quality standards and service level agreements Maintain consistent service delivery across all facilities Vendor Management Manage relationships with multiple service providers and contractors Monitor contractor performance through regular inspections Ensure compliance with contracts and service agreements Coordinate vendor schedules and resolve service issues Negotiate contract renewals and new service agreements Budget & Cost Control Manage soft services budgets and track expenses Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Prepare financial reports and analyze spending patterns Recommend efficiency improvements Compliance & Safety Ensure all services comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations Maintain proper documentation and records Coordinate safety training for service staff Implement hygiene and sanitation best practices Quality Assurance Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks Handle user feedback and resolve complaints promptly Implement continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and report on performance metrics Stakeholder Communication Serve as primary contact between occupants, management, and service providers Communicate service schedules and planned activities Coordinate with building management teams Prepare regular performance reports for senior management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years experience in facility or soft services management Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office focus to be event organization Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
