Mobil Oil Mariana Islands Inc. (Mobil) is a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation – the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, which holds an industry-leading inventory of resources and is one of the world’s largest integrated refiners, marketers of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers. This is your opportunity to join this dynamic company as a Junior Sales Representative and become part of our Sales team that enjoys serving our customers in the communities we operate. The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent service to our customers and will be responsible to manage his/her own territory, generating leads and meeting sales goals, while selling our products and promoting our Mobil Fleet Card Program and Smiles Loyalty Card Program to our customers. Previous experience in sales is preferred, but must be willing to learn. Primary Job Functions
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential clients Able to analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and government regulatory changes Promote and sell our Mobil Feet Card and Synergy Fuels to existing and prospective clients Negotiate sales contracts and give sales presentations Execute our Smiles Loyalty Card program at the service stations and increase loyalty sales Execute our Safety, Operations Integrity Management Systems at the service stations Prepare Weekly work plans and Annual and Monthly Territory reviews with management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or possess a 4 year college degree. Must have excellent communication skills, must be self-motivated, assertive and hard working. Should have a positive work attitude, adaptable and can work well under pressure. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
This position will be based at the Mobil Terminal in Saipan. Occasional off-island business travel will be required as part of the job. Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s relevant skills and experience. Mobil is an Equal Opportunity Employer
