Responsibilities
SAP EAM Implementation & Support Lead or support SAP EAM module implementations including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP EAM functionalities. Functional Expertise Configure and manage key SAP EAM components: Plant Maintenance (PM) Equipment and Functional Location Management Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Work Order Management Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Breakdown and Notification Handling Refurbishment and Calibration processes Integration & Collaboration Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, QM) for seamless integration. Work with business stakeholders to understand asset management needs and translate them into SAP solutions. Process Optimization Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices. Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile maintenance, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance. Documentation & Training Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals. Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance teams. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain reports and KPIs related to asset performance and maintenance efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Information Technology, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes. Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Familiarity with integration points
