Production Technician

We are Hiring in our production Facilities in Izmir! Production Technician What You'll Do: · Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and store materials within the warehouse and production areas. · Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations by ensuring accurate material handling and inventory movement. · Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. · Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and storing incoming materials according to warehouse procedures. · Prepare and stage materials for production, shipment, or internal transfers. · Support inventory counting activities and ensure inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse locations. · Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards in accordance with safety requirements. · Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while performing material handling activities. · Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. · Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Technical education, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred. What You Need: 4 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role English language is a plus Valid Forklift Operator License/Certificate. Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment. Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry). Ability to lift up to 22,67 kg and perform repetitive physical tasks. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, warehouse systems). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety standards and operational procedures. Flexibility to work shifts when required. Valid driver's license preferred. What Makes You Stand Out: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
