Senior Specialist Supply Chain & Capacity Planning

Key responsibilities in your new role Be responsible for supply chain planning across all business cycles , including product line revenue contribution, forecast accuracy ,inventory management, demand planning, and operations. Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization , product planning, and execution . Generate supply and recovery plans to address demand gaps while ensuring contract fulfillment requirements are met. Interface with Production Logistics and Planning , Business Management, Business Line Marketing, Ramp-Up Managers , Corporate Supply Chain, and Quality Management to support effective planning and execution. Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions. Apply statistical knowledge and methodologies to generate actionable business insights . Leverage supply chain expertise and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making .

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field, with knowledge of Data Engineering. Excellent communication , analytical, and interpersonal skills.

3-5 Yrs , with Tableau or other data visualization tools and SAP Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, SQL , analysis, and modeling. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
