P&C Experience Partner

Partner with the best As a foundational member of the P&C Experience and Performance team, the  P&C Experience Partner  is responsible for local execution of the enterprise-wide people operations strategy that powers business transformation, talent growth, and a high-performance culture. The role is accountable for the seamless local execution of all people-related services, talent programs, and cultural initiatives.​ Based in UAE, reporting directly to the P&C Experience & Performance (P&C XP) Leader, the P&C Experience & Performance (P&C XP) Partner works closely with local business leaders and people leaders to optimize the employee experience, standardize local practices, and oversee and coordinate the employee lifecycle. This includes involvement in local labor relations strategies.

Local P&C Delivery : Responsible for local delivery of employee relations, P&C operations, and culture strategy. Activities include local performance and talent management, hiring support, RIF execution, investigation and disciplinary actions. Works to ensure alignment with local and regional business goals and the broader people and culture agenda.​ Talent & Culture Stewardship : Champion a unified culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability. Operationalizes global talent programs at a local level that attract, develop, and retain top talent while reinforcing the organization’s values and leadership behaviours. Ensure local talents are supported and suggested for succession planning by Business/Function P&C Teams. Employee Experience:  Implement our best-in-class employee experience model, leveraging data, technology, and process excellence to drive engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.​ Operational Excellence:  Supports local key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all P&C operations. Labor Relations & Compliance:  Support the consistent local execution of global labor relations strategies to ensure compliance with local laws, Union management and alignment with enterprise values.​ Change Leadership:  Supports the local operationalization of major change initiatives, including restructuring, M&A integration, and organizational redesign, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption. Qualifications/Requirements: At least 5+ years of experience in the People and Culture or wider HR function Ability to balance between being 'hands on' and 'strategic' Strong previous experience handling Employee Relations Talent obsessed - passionate about bringing the best out of people and proven record of deploying talent strategies in support of business growth Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction and collaborative by nature with strong people skills Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and use of data to provide key business insights A strong client focus and the ability to build good relationships and engage with business leaders comfortable working in a matrix environment, with the agility to attend to multiple demands and shifting priorities, and deal with ambiguity and rapid change A good understanding of digital technology and the impact and opportunities that it creates to delivery excellence customer experience.
