Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary Meet your future team Join our Human Capital team, working closely with HR professionals, business leaders and senior management to shape how reward strategies support employee engagement, retention and organisational success. You will collaborate with HR teams, business partners and external providers to deliver compensation and benefits programmes that are aligned with business needs, reward governance principles and regulatory requirements. What your role will look like As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will take a leading role in Compensation & Benefits activities. Your main missions will include: Support the continuous enhancement of the design, governance, and delivery of PwC total compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies. Engage with Leaders to implement and monitor innovative reward programs that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational success. Act as a subject-matter expert for senior management, business partners and HR teams on pay philosophy, workforce cost dynamics, pay transparency, and reward related matters. Ensure operational excellence in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Act as the subject-matter expert for compensation review tools, leading their design, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement while ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflows, user adoption, and alignment with reward governance principles. Develop and maintain compensation structures and salary grading systems. Conduct regular market benchmark analysis, providing insights to support pay competitiveness and retention strategies. Monitor reward program effectiveness, implement reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as retention, engagement and cost efficiency. Contribute to the annual compensation cycles (budget, salary review, bonuses). Ensure internal pay equity, compliance with regulatory requirements & contribute to the CSRD reporting. Manage external benefits providers relationship to ensure quality and cost efficiency. The skills you bring Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in Luxembourg. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Good knowledge of Luxembourg personal tax on employment incomes. Basic knowledge on payroll processes. English: C1 – full professional proficiency French and/or German: considered an asset Ways of working Leadership & Coaching: Ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members to achieve excellence. Organisational mastery: Strong planning and prioritisation skills to deliver complex projects on time. Communication & influencing: Skilled in public speaking, presenting, and influencing stakeholders with clarity and impact.
