The Product Analyst II will support the Global organization by providing data-driven insights for commercial purposes as well as product innovation. The Product Analyst II role involves analyzing product trends, customer feedback, and product performance to help develop and optimize the company's product offerings and at the same time identify up and cross sell opportunities for sales, provide insights to marketing on customer engagement to stimulate targeted behavior as well as build and enable content to identify new prospects and retain clients.  The Product Analyst II will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet business goals.
