About you on this role The ISC Improvement Leader is responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end improvement strategy across Integrated Supply Chain and Customer Service operations, with accountability for delivering sustained impact on service performance, cost-to-serve, working capital, and operational reliability, including enabling business growth, improving profitability, and strengthening customer outcomes through supply chain excellence. Operating as an integral member of the regional leadership team, this role plays a key role in shaping and driving business and operating priorities, influencing operating strategy, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain execution. The role drives transformation at scale by translating strategic priorities into a structured improvement portfolio, governing execution, and ensuring disciplined implementation and sustainment. Working closely with Operations Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Planning, Logistics, Digital, Capability, Quality, and IT teams, including engagement with global and regional leadership on strategic supply chain priorities, the ISC Improvement Leader sets direction, establishes governance, and drives decision-making across complex, multi-boundary initiatives. The role ensures that improvements are embedded into core operations, sustained over time, and translated into tangible business outcomes while simultaneously strengthening organizational capability.

Summary The Improvement Leader is a strategic regional leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end improvement across Customer Service (Integrated Supply Chain) operations. The role serves as the bridge between business and functional strategy and operational execution, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, support digital adoption, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business and functional value through improved service, productivity, change management, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service transformation, driving process excellence, service reliability, cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and business growth. Champion customer-centric improvements by leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and operational performance. Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across Commercial, Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to translate business strategy into operational execution. Own and deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation programs, ensuring disciplined project execution, risk management, value realization, and adoption of continuous improvement methodologies. Leverage data, analytics, and digital solutions to identify improvement opportunities, enable informed decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Build organizational capability and lead change management by developing high-performing teams, embedding a continuous improvement culture, and driving sustainable adoption of transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
