DePuy Synthes are looking for a Trade Compliance & Transportation Lead - Orthopaedics: The Trade Compliance & Transportation Lead is responsible for leading transportation operations and trade compliance activities to ensure the compliant, efficient, and cost-effective movement of products throughout the supply chain. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across customs compliance, import/export operations, transportation management, broker governance, logistics performance, and regulatory compliance. The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:  Transportation Operations Lead transportation operations across manufacturing sites, distribution centres, suppliers, and customer delivery networks. Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and Control Tower partners. Oversee transportation service performance, delivery reliability, freight costs, and operational efficiency. Drive transportation continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, quality, cost, and compliance. Establish transportation governance, KPI reporting, supplier performance reviews, and escalation processes. Ensure transportation activities comply with quality, regulatory, and GDP requirements. Support transportation planning and execution to maintain uninterrupted product flow. Trade
