Program Manager II, NAST ACES

The North American Surface Transportation (NAST) ACES team is seeking to hire a Program Manager to support the Amazon Transportation network. The person in this role will identify network-level opportunities and drive projects end-to-end through cross functional teams, with a focus on improving efficiencies and eliminating defects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team in a rapidly growing area within Amazon. This PM will partner with Operations, ACES, Finance, and Technology stakeholders, while working independently to influence stakeholders. They will work across leadership, exercising sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. Key job responsibilities - Develop, implement and govern key performance indicators (KPI) for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects - Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills - Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish standards for project management status reporting and tracking - Support a fast paced environment that deploys multiple projects, programs, and initiatives simultaneously - Lead in the process to develop, adjust, improve, and implement standard work and technology at the network level - Travel domestically up to 50% A day in the life NAST ACES PMs collaborate with stakeholders, analyze network performance, identify project /tech/process opportunities and drive holistic performance improvement. These PMs must be comfortable working in ambiguous environments to drive performance improvement from program and operations teams.
