The Mikros Technologies Liquid Cooling Business Development Manager is the single point of contact for liquid cooling customers on a high-growth data center infrastructure team at Jabil. This role develops and grows the liquid cooling business globally through profitable design wins and flawless execution, provides management and guidance to multi-functional project teams, and is fully accountable for project budgets and schedules. A strong candidate will be technically capable of managing and delivering complex technology projects. This includes developing complex SOWs, business proposals, project schedules/financials, and managing multiple global projects. Mikros Technologies liquid cooling systems are deployed in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites. We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load. Technical expert on liquid cooling products and technology. Develops, manages, and delivers complex technology projects including developing detailed Statements of Work (SOW), business proposals, project schedules/financials, managing multiple global projects, and design service agreements (DSA). Demonstrates a commitment to customer service, anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, and making customer issues a priority. Presents and sells Mikros Technologies’ technology to assigned customers. Must be professional and comfortable presenting to external senior-level engineers. Acts as the main escalation point between Mikros Technologies design teams and the Business Unit. Sells and promotes Mikros Technologies’ liquid cooling technologies. Serves as primary point of contact for early supplier involvement on new customer projects. Knows and understands the assigned Business Unit’s strategic directions. Identifies strategic and technical direction. Utilizes tools to monitor cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value. Manages a global technical team from project concept through mass production. Manages development operations for customers. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience
6-8 years of engineering experience in a customer facing or business development role. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Broad manufacturing knowledge (i.e. materials, processes, test, logistics). Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills. Fundamental knowledge of cost accounting principles Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.
