Position
Summary Starting Pay: Based on experience Scheduled - Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Perform voltage readings and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment. Inspect machinery for wear, defects, and potential failures to minimize downtime. Inspect and replace worn bearings, sprockets, rollers, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components as needed. Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and spare parts inventory tracking. Support equipment improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency. Handle complex maintenance issues with limited supervision. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Experience performing voltage testing and electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automated, or logistics environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, control systems, and Yaskawa VFDs. Experience working in a high-volume distribution center, manufacturing facility, or automated environment.
