ETL Testing & Quality Assurance  Lead end-to-end ETL testing activities for data warehouse, data migration, and data integration projects.   Design and implement ETL testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation frameworks.   Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple source and target systems.   Ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle.   Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.     Test Management  Manage testing schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, and testing milestones.   Estimate testing efforts and track project progress against timelines.   Monitor defect management processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.   Report testing status, risks, and metrics to project stakeholders and leadership.   Drive continuous improvements in testing methodologies and processes.     Mandatory skill sets:   ETL Testing    Data Warehouse Testing    Data Migration Testing    Data Validation & Reconciliation    Data Quality Testing     Preferred skill sets:   Automation Tools (Preferred)  Selenium   Python   PyTest   Data Testing Automation Frameworks   Years of experience required:   7-11   Education qualification:   B.Tech   /   M.Tech   / MBA / MCA   Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not
