As a Procurement Student for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia, you'll have the opportunity to support innovative infrastructure projects that shape the future of your community. We are seeking a Procurement Student, for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4-12 months starting in January 2027. Here's how a Procurement Student for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. within BC Region contributes to our team: Responsibilities
Sourcing materials, services and equipment as directed and in accordance with policy and procedures. Identifying and selecting vendors to purchase requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality, safety, and delivery date. Expediting orders. Shipping and receiving. Stacking, counting and placing goods in accordance with the warehouse organizational plan. Maintaining inventory levels and records. Preparing procurement reports and documentation as required. Providing equipment administration support. Practicing PCL safety practices. Assisting in all aspects, as is reasonably available, of procurement & equipment management activities. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management specialization in a post-secondary institution. Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Maintains a positive working relationship with clients. Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay Range: $20.14-$24.70 PCL Student wages are determined individually for each student based on the number of completed school terms, relevant work terms, kind of role and work location. Next Step:
