Customer Program Manager

Company: Qualcomm Canada ULC Job Area: Engineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group > Program Management General Summary: We are seeking a motivated Customer Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & execution of customer facing SoC semiconductor products engineering activities as well as track programs’ execution and Key-Performance-Indicator. You will be also responsible for improving and developing program management workflows to increase our programs’ efficiency.

1) Direct point of contact for leading edge customers and vendors on connectivity products program. Working with external partners and engineering leads to align on optimal solutions. Dedicated, single point of contact to coordinate and track issues Runs program schedule, regular status update meetings, action item tracking and delivery acceptance Coordinates activities to ensure SoW goals are being met 2) Internal execution Regular review of program schedules, risks and resolution strategy with management team. Defining and driving process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables. Ensuring WBS consistent with program intent and working with project manager and engineering leads to realign as needed. Driving internal kickoff, deliveries and signoff both internally and with external partners. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
