Job Description - Role Summary Genpact is seeking an experienced Onsite Lead Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programs for enterprise clients in the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and leadership experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Engagement , along with a strong understanding of the broader Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Cloud ecosystem including Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related enterprise applications. This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong solution architecture capability, executive stakeholder management, delivery governance, and experience working with distributed onsite-offshore teams. The individual will act as the overall solution authority, ensuring that the proposed and delivered solution is scalable, integrated, secure, supportable, and aligned to business outcomes.

Solution Architecture Leadership Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programs. Own the overall solution design across D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, integrations, data, reporting, security, and surrounding enterprise systems. Define the target-state architecture aligned to client business objectives, operating model, technology strategy, and Microsoft best practices. Provide architecture leadership across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, transition, and hypercare phases. Drive solution decisions and ensure design consistency across multiple business and technology workstreams. Establish architecture principles, design standards, guardrails, and governance mechanisms for the program. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned to Microsoft One Version and evergreen upgrade strategy. Promote standard D365 capabilities and reduce unnecessary customizations. D365 Finance, SCM & CE Expertise The candidate should have strong working knowledge and hands-on implementation experience across key Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including: Dynamics 365 Finance Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem Knowledge The role requires strong understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem and how different components work together in enterprise transformation programs.
