"       Job Summary-   We are seeking a senior-level Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead possessing 6–10 years of expertise to spearhead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform ecosystems. This hybrid position requires a strategic balance of high-level architecture, hands-on engineering, and proactive team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive technical design governance, execute robust system implementations, and act as a senior mentor, resolving critical technical blockers and providing expert direction to the development team.

Architecture & Technical Design  Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of D365 Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with business objectives.  Actively participate in architectural design discussions, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.  Establish and enforce development standards, design governance, and solution validation.  Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration designs, and deployment standards.  Advise customers and stakeholders on industry best practices in a proactive and strategic manner.        Hands-on Development & Azure Integration  Own end-to-end delivery of modules in  Dynamics 365 CRM   Design and build enterprise integrations utilizing the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, with heavy emphasis on Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management to connect D365 with third-party tools  Develop and extend custom plugins, Custom APIs, workflows, and extensions using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics 365 SDK, and Power Platform technologies.  Design and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.  Take ownership
