As a Talent Acquisition Associate Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for junior and mid-level positions across Shared Services and Corporate Functions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Global Talent teams. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Building strong talent pipelines and proactively identifying high-potential candidates. Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process. Leveraging recruitment tools, data, and best practices to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies. Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities. Collaborating with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and hiring excellence. SOBRE TI We're looking for a recruiter who combines strong execution with a talent mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies (iCIMS is a plus). Advanced English proficiency.
