Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple or large physical facilities. Job Requirements

Identifying, implementing, and monitoring best practices in facility management to improve operational efficiency. Leading facility staff working on various facility systems; maintaining communication with suppliers, contractors, etc. Managing the maintenance, repair and improvement of physical systems and equipment, related vendor relations, and cost control. Leading the preventive and predictive maintenance, repair, and improvement of physical systems and equipment to ensure a fully operational facility.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies
