As a GenAI Software Development Intern , you will work with experienced SOC developers to explore and build practical GenAI solutions that improve the efficiency of the SOC development lifecycle. You will:

Explore how GenAI and AI agents can improve SOC software development from requirements and design through coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Develop prototypes and AI-assisted solutions using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, and AI coding assistants . Apply GenAI to improve code understanding, code generation, testing, debugging, technical documentation, and engineering knowledge retrieval . Explore ways to automate repetitive development tasks and make the SOC SDLC faster and more efficient . Work on real engineering use cases involving C#/.NET, SECS/GEM, and wafer equipment integration . Turn ideas into working prototypes, demonstrate your solutions, and continuously improve them based on engineering feedback. Collaborate with experienced developers and a multi-site Agile team while gaining hands-on exposure to real manufacturing software development.

Interested in C#, .NET, Python, web technologies, RAG, LangChain, graph databases, or agentic AI . Familiar with web applications, REST APIs, databases, Git through coursework, projects, hackathons, or previous internships.
