The Role As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the Front Office, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and welcoming experience.

Lead and support the Front Office team through daily operational activities Supervise arrivals, departures and guest service delivery to ensure Marriott brand standards are consistently achieved Act as a hotel ambassador, providing expert knowledge of the hotel, local area and guest services Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency Manage guest reservations, cash handling and credit card transactions Monitor room inventory and coordinate with internal departments to optimise guest satisfaction and hotel performance Identify service improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience Provide coaching, motivation and performance support to Front Office associates Assist with onboarding, training and mentoring activities to support associate development Undertake Manager on Duty responsibilities when required, including managing incidents and guest recovery situations

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a Front Office team, providing day-to-day supervision, coaching and performance support while maintaining Marriott service standards Strong operational knowledge of Front Office functions, including arrivals, departures, guest recovery, room inventory management, cash handling and problem resolution in a fast-paced hotel environment Ability to make sound decisions and work independently, confidently managing incidents, guest concerns and operational challenges Proven capability to build effective relationships and develop talent through strong communication, collaboration, training and mentoring Experience in a Front Office leadership or supervisory role within a hotel environment Proficiency in Opera PMS (or equivalent Property Management System), Microsoft Office applications and guest service platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach Full Australian working rights
