Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality. Drive superior performance through excellent people management Interface and develop relationships with peers in other regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practices Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position. Compliance: Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals, including but not limited to work order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals. Provide overall facility services per accounts’ standard processes and procedures, including applying policies and programs and coordinating information. Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner. Process Management: Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography. Deliver regional/site/SBG operational budgets, including delivering contractual savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets and monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribed. Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants occupying space with the accounts’ owned premises. Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization. People Management: Responsible for overall team management, staff development, and planning.  Execute staff succession and growth plans. Involved in the compensation planning process. For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress. Additional Responsibilities & Skills: Strong leadership and relationship-building skills Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data Ability to be on-site five days a week. Estimated compensation for this position: 192,300.00 – 235,600.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
