We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.  Skills and Competencies 3+ years of experience in request for proposal, proposal management, project coordination, or related fields Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to structure, plan, and drive multiple projects to completion Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy while working under tight deadlines Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Jira, or similar project and workflow management tools Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of client response submissions by managing projects, content, stakeholders, and process improvements Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent request for proposal, request for information, request for quotation, and client questionnaire responses, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task trackers, and workflow tools to monitor deliverables, dependencies, ownership, approvals, and key milestones Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the response process Monitor project risks, proactively identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate delays or challenges to ensure timelines and submission commitments remain on track Draft, edit, customize, and review response content to ensure alignment with client requirements, approved messaging, and organizational standards Maintain and enhance a centralized repository of approved content, templates, and knowledge assets to improve response consistency, accuracy, and reusability across future submissions Utilize workflow management, content management, and automation tools to track pipeline activity, submission status, deadlines, and operational efficiency while supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence-enabled solutions Analyze response performance metrics, client feedback, and content utilization trends to recommend process enhancements, improve response quality, and support proposal strategy and go/no-go decision-making processes About the Team The RFP Strategic Response Team is a globally distributed team within Global Sales Excellence, responsible for leading high-quality
