About our group
The Drive & HSA Maintenance Spare Parts Management support department includes Planning, Tooling, and Store functions for the Drive and HSA Maintenance teams, which work collaboratively to support manufacturing operations and ensure continuous, efficient production. The department is responsible for material planning, spare parts and tooling management, warehouse control, and equipment support to meet production requirements while achieving quality, cost, and safety objectives.
This position plays a key role in managing Drive and HSA store operations and spare parts inventory, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining appropriate Min/Max inventory levels, as well as supervising and developing operational staff. These responsibilities support the efficient and uninterrupted operation of Drive and HSA Operations and contribute to overall manufacturing excellence. About the role - you will:
Manage overall store operations to effectively support production requirements and ensure smooth business operations
Control and manage spending and inventory to ensure accuracy and alignment with cost targets and inventory level objectives
Oversee and control the storage, handling, and disposal of waste, including chemicals, in compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and company requirements
Plan, control, and monitor scrap activities related to obsolete, expired, or unusable materials and equipment
Lead, manage, and develop operational employees to achieve targets in quality, safety, productivity, and operational excellence
Supervise daily operations, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Logistics, and support functions, to ensure smooth and effective operations
Prepare and present operational data, performance results, and improvement projects to management using Microsoft Office and various presentation tools
Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs and activities across the organization
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management , or a related field
Experience in Store/Warehouse Management, Spending and Inventory Management, or Material Control
Experience in leading teams and developing operational-level employees
Knowledge of Waste Management , chemical handling, and related safety requirements
Basic understanding of warehouse management systems, stock control, and inventory management principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrate strong leadership, a high sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude
