We are looking for motivated individuals to join our W.O.C. organization in Aspropyrgos, Athens. 🔧  What You’ll Do As a Europe Warehousing Project Key User, you will join the remote orchestration team and be instrumental in executing tasks assigned by the team manager and ensuring real time orchestration, seamless coordination & smooth operational flow. Assist in the implementation of warehouse system solution projects, including software version upgrades (e.g., SAP, WMS), by participating in Site Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as supporting trial cutovers and post-cutover support. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define new requirements for necessary changes at the site, such as process modifications or enhancements (e.g., Requests for Change - RFC). Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the site regarding any new technology implementations, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.. Identify and implement process improvements by analyzing current workflows, proposing changes, and collaborating with management and IT to test and roll out enhancements. Work with other departments (such as IT, logistics, and supply chain management) to ensure that warehouse operations align with broader organizational goals and strategies. Facilitate training sessions for End Users, ensuring they are proficient in new and existing processes and systems.
