Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce Developer (6-8 Years Experience) Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience . The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, platform architecture, cloud solutions, and Salesforce development best practices. This role requires an individual who can independently analyze business requirements, contribute to technical design decisions, propose scalable solutions, and lead the implementation of Salesforce applications. The candidate should be comfortable designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions while collaborating effectively with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Experience. Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including integration and custom development. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and adherence to security, governance, and performance best practices. Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing solutions, and ensure maintainability and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while supporting Agile delivery, CI/CD, deployments, and release management. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Strong ownership mindset and accountability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience mentoring developers and conducting technical reviews.        Preferred Certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Advanced Administrator Salesforce Application Architect (Good to Have) Salesforce Integration Architect (Good to Have) Preferred Experience Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with integration-heavy Salesforce landscapes and cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements B.E. degree or equivalent 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
