Your role As an Alliances Specialist - Incentive, you will support the development and execution of strategic alliances that expand Kyndryl offerings and strengthen customer outcomes. The role focuses on day-to-day partnership coordination, operational execution, and enablement across alliance partners, internal practices, and customer facing teams. Success in this role is measured by well-run partner motions, clear alignment across stakeholders, and consistent delivery against agreed alliance objectives. What you will do •Support execution of alliance plans aligned to defined partner strategies and business priorities •Coordinate with alliance partners to support joint initiatives such as go to market activities, enablement sessions, and solution alignment •Act as an operational point of contact between alliance partners, internal practices, and account teams •Track and maintain alliance related data including partner activities, commitments, and performance metrics •Support development of partner materials such as presentations, enablement content, and internal guidance •Assist with preparation for partner reviews, business updates, and planning sessions •Identify execution gaps or dependencies and raise them with alliance leadership with clear context and recommended actions •Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support partner involvement in customer opportunities Who You Are Required skills and experience •Experience supporting alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem programs in a technology or services environment •Experience coordinating cross functional work involving sales, marketing, delivery, or partner organizations •Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear tracking of actions, owners, and outcomes •Experience preparing and maintaining operational materials such as trackers, presentations, or reports •Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and internal stakeholders in structured, professional interactions Preferred skills and experience •Experience in technology services, managed services, or consulting environments •Familiarity with alliance partner programs or co selling models •Experience supporting go to market or enablement activities •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
