Equipment and Asset Readiness Analyst The Opportunity:  As an Equipment and Asset Readiness Manager for the U.S. Army Europe Africa team, you'll bring strategic, operational, and tactical logistic focused program management and asset management expertise to collaborate and assist in asset visibility and accountability activities at an Army Service Component Command in support of real-world operations in Europe and Africa. You'll Maintain responsibility for administrative duties that support asset visibility operations, including tracking and receiving inventory or property, coordinating equipment maintenance schedules, and documenting and tracking information in Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Decision Support Tool (DST). Manage day-to-day logistics and operations, including reconciliation of government property through inventories, tracking, and the lifecycle maintenance of Army equipment, installation property, and government-furnished equipment (GFE). Continuously explore process improvements in all facets of property administration, maintenance tracking, and theater Army Preposition Stock (APS) readiness. Complete other miscellaneous tasks, as required, to support the mission. Facilitate or participate in customer meetings or conference calls, as needed. You Have:   4+ years of experience with government property management and property accountability Experience managing, drawing, maintaining, or accounting for Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS) or Army Equipment inventory Experience with Decision Support Tool (DST), Installation Property Book and Inventory List management, DD1149 processing, and DD1428 or disposal processing Experience working in or managing databases using tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations and government installation property Knowledge of logistics and asset visibility operations Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have:   2+ years of experience in OCONUS Government property and APS Equipment Experience working through Contracts with multiple stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors including Quality Control measures and Safety Standards Experience with Knowledge Management Processes and Data Analytic Applications and Procedures Knowledge of New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET) processes Knowledge of Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and Property Administrator training TS/SCI clearance Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
