We boldly go. Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) What’s in it for you: Trane Technologies is hiring for Service Coordinator role to join our Team in Auderghem, Belgium. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through planning and coordinating activities of operational resources and providing customized solutions to non-standard customer inquiries. The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. The goal is to maximize service technician productivity and enhance the overall customer experience and improve operational processes.
What you will do
Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to project. Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability. Interact and communicate with all Project Managers and HVAC Service Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch HVAC Technicians and subcontractors. Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests. Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.

High school education Knowledge of HVAC systems would be a bonus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to plan and set priorities Ability to build long-term relationships with both customers and the team Proficiency in using customer service software, and MS Office Suite.
