The EMEA Partner Solutions team builds strategic, holistic, and long-term partnerships with mobile, broadband, TV operators, broadcasters and CE manufacturers to make it easy for Netflix members to access, enjoy and pay for Netflix across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
As part of this team, the Partner Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading the integration of Netflix into the operator devices, payment systems and mobile devices in their assigned market, creating a compelling bundle of complementary services. The Partner Engagement manager will work with broadcasters & partners to integrate licensed and aggregated content into the Netflix App as well as ensure that our content is discoverable and prominently featured on partner devices. The Partner Engagement Manager will understand the needs of our operator partners, Netflix, and the industry to build products that will spark joy with current and future Netflix members.
Responsibilities include
* Own day-to-day relationships with partner stakeholders, staying aligned on joint roadmaps.
* Contribute to the regional partnership strategy, as well as, testing and learning, and evolving our future product offerings
* Represent Netflix in partner business reviews, translating engagement and performance data into a clear, evidence-backed partner narrative.
* Work as part of a tight cross functional team along with Business Development, Partner Engineering and Marketing colleagues to define product strategies and maximise performance
* Own the partner roadmap; communicate progress, dependencies, and risk to internal and partner stakeholders; Provide post-launch support.
* Capture and scale best practices across partners and regions.
* Lead partner-UI engagement initiatives — optimise Netflix prominence on operator devices
* Enable partner/operator bundle offers including Netflix
* Own end to end user journeys and onboarding flows across partner ecosystems

Minimum Qualifications
* Experience building strategic relationships at leading operators or global platforms
* Experience building streaming or entertainment products for mobile, web, and TV
* Experience developing payment, acquisition, mobile, wallet, prepaid, or direct carrier billing products
* Experience designing and optimizing acquisition user journeys through consumer insights and data-driven testing
* Proficiency in French at a high level for effective business communication, additional languages is a plus
* Experience leading complex technical projects involving multiple internal and external parties across multiple geographies
* Experience negotiating complex agreements resulting in mutual value creation
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional, globally distributed teams including product, engineering, business development, legal, marketing, and finance
* Understanding of content aggregation and advertising technologies
* Effective written and verbal communication skills across all internal and external stakeholder levels
* Data-driven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
* Ability to travel as required for partner and internal team meetings
