Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for a Cloud Platform Lead to drive the design, governance, and operational excellence of our public cloud environments. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for cloud platform configuration and provisioning, ensuring AWS and Snowflake environments are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and delivered in a consistent manner through Infrastructure as Code practices.You will work closely with development, analytics, and platform teams to enable cloud capabilities while establishing standards, automation, and governance that support the organization's cloud journey. The primary focus of this role is platform ownership, cloud operations, and infrastructure automation. You will collaborate with dedicated specialists and support teams while maintaining overall responsibility for cloud platform governance and coordination.
What you will do
Own the setup, configuration, and lifecycle management of AWS and Snowflake cloud environments Design and prepare cloud solutions, architectures, and provisioning standards that enable teams to consume cloud services securely and efficiently Lead cloud account management activities, including access governance, security monitoring, compliance controls, and cost optimizationImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related automation frameworks Establish and enforce secure and standardized cloud platform configurations across environments Manage identity and access management integrations using Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, and PBAC principles Configure and maintain monitoring, auditing, and alerting capabilities using AWS CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrailSupport secure cloud networking and connectivity solutions, including AWS PrivateLink and related network services Coordinate with operations teams to enable cloud resources and services while ensuring architectural and governance requirements are met Collaborate with development, data, and platform teams to understand requirements and transform them into scalable cloud solutions Drive continuous improvements in automation, security, cloud governance, and operational efficiency The skills you bring: Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud account management Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably TerraformSolid understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance principles Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID integrations and enterprise identity management Knowledge of RBAC and PBAC access control modelsExperience with AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, and cloud monitoring practices Understanding of cloud networking concepts, connectivity, and AWS PrivateLink Experience working with S3 and cloud-based storage services Good knowledge of SQL and Database Change Management (DCM) practices Familiarity with Snowflake environments and cloud-based data platforms Strong automation mindset and passion for standardization and operational excellence Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills It's a huge plus if you have experience with: Experience with Prisma Cloud or similar cloud security platforms Knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost governance Experience operating cloud platforms in enterprise-scale environments Familiarity with data and analytics platforms Experience supporting AI or data-intensive workloads Why join Ericsson?
