You'll join our Quality Systems and Credentialing team, helping to improve the quality and integrity of referrer and patient data across our organisation. Alongside leading a small team, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting data quality initiatives, and helping to ensure colleagues have access to reliable information when they need it most. What you'll do
Lead and support a Data Quality Assistants, allocating workload and monitoring performance against agreed deadlines and quality standards. Oversee the accurate creation, maintenance and validation of referrer records within Expanse and associated systems. Identify, investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, inaccuracies and duplicate records. Support large scale data cleansing activities, ensuring information is standardised, accurate and compliant. Produce regular updates and reports for the Head of Quality Systems and Credentialing, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a data administration, data quality or high volume data entry environment. Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others. Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy. Strong IT skills and confidence using databases and multiple systems. Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines. Why join us?
