Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and AI-assisted automation to accelerate secure software delivery Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform across Azure cloud environments, ensuring scalability, consistency, and governance Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads on Kubernetes (AKS) with a focus on high availability, performance, and resilience Integrate DevSecOps practices into delivery pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance validation, and policy enforcement Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to automate operational tasks, optimize release processes, improve incident response, and enhance developer productivity Collaborate with development, cloud architecture, platform engineering, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex deployment and infrastructure challenges Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure-native and open-source tools Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, platform standardization, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence Support cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and platform reliability initiatives Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, including networking, compute, storage, security, and cloud-native services 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps platforms 3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and container orchestration technologies Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and distributed applications in production environments Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, including vulnerability management, secrets management, RBAC, policy enforcement, and security automation Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or enterprise AI automation platforms Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Relevant certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
