Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The Director, EPM, Finance Tech is a senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise performance management platforms and capabilities that enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven financial planning and decision-making. This role plays a critical part in supporting DePuy Synthes’ transformation and separation journey, ensuring Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capabilities are future-ready, integrated, and aligned to Finance priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape global finance technology strategy, lead high-performing teams, and partner closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable business value through modern planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics solutions.

Define and execute the EPM and Finance Technology strategy, aligned with enterprise and Finance objectives. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of EPM capabilities supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, management reporting, and financial analytics. Provide people leadership for multidisciplinary technology teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning. Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions. Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives, including budget, timelines, and risk management. Ensure EPM solutions comply with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
