What this job involves: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering complex construction and development projects for our clients across various sectors. What your day-to-day will look like: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and regulations Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and correspondence Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or related role Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is a plus Estimated compensation for this position is The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
