Overview We are seeking a Performance Analyst to assist the Global Enablement & Performance team with the optimization of performance management and reporting for the Americas and Latin America (AMR/LAR) regions. This role focuses on driving strategic business value through data-driven insights, process excellence, and robust stakeholder communication.

Data Analysis & Reporting Develop, track, and report monthly operating metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional performance evaluation. Develop and maintain dynamic performance dashboards and reports for key stakeholders. Support data-driven decision-making through accurate, deep-dive, and timely analysis.   Performance & Relationship Management Drive performance excellence across the organization, ensuring service delivery teams meet business-critical requirements and performance standards. Identify underperforming areas where KPIs fall below targets, determine root causes, and partner with IFM Operations to implement corrective actions. Facilitate regular performance review meetings with post managers, site managers, and regional supervisors. Translate qualitative stakeholder feedback (e.g., client feedback) and quantitative KPI results into structured operational improvement plans.   Governance & Presentation Present complex performance metrics and insights to senior leadership through compelling data storytelling. Own the development of regional governance presentations and other client engagements, consolidating relevant performance information from disparate sources.   Account Communications Support the Global Enablement & Performance Lead in executing the account’s regional communication plan for the AMR/LAR region. Translate complex performance data and operational KPIs into clear, visually engaging updates, newsletters, and announcements for regional stakeholders. Collate regional updates, success stories, and operational milestones to feed into the global communications calendar.   Ensure all regional presentations, reports, and communication templates strictly adhere to brand guidelines, using assets sourced from the JLL Brand Portal.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Experience : 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building dashboards in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. Industry Knowledge : Understanding of facilities management, real estate operations, or service-delivery performance metrics is preferred.   Competencies Analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving orientation. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a global team. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities. Proactive approach to identifying operational opportunities for improvement.
