Job Duties and Responsibilities The Leadership Development Specialist addresses performance gaps and operational challenges by delivering impactful learning programs primarily for front-line and mid-level managers. Working across organizational boundaries, this role solves capability deficits by implementing targeted interventions, workshops, and coaching in partnership with HRBP teams. By evaluating course effectiveness data and partnering with Instructional Designers, the role resolves content gaps and continuously updates curricula. Additionally, leveraging AI tools streamlines project workflows and optimizes administrative tracking to maintain seamless learning delivery. What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Deliver high-impact leadership development programs across virtual and classroom environments; ensuring high participant engagement and practical skill application Partner with HRBP teams and business partners to identify team learning needs; executing targeted interventions such as workshops, job aids, and team-building activities Collaborate with Instructional Designers by providing data-driven feedback; refining interactive online modules and classroom training materials Manage concurrent project timelines and utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to track attendance, completions, and logistics efficiently Leverage AI productivity tools and workflow automation to optimize administrative processes; accelerating overall program delivery Gather and analyze training evaluation metrics to continuously measure program effectiveness and report on learner success Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring): Expertise in adult learning principles, group facilitation techniques, and engaging diverse audiences across multiple delivery formats Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support foundational coaching and organizational development initiatives Demonstrated proficiency in AI literacy, basic prompting, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt flexibly within a fast-paced, result-driven environment Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects and building strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders Strong analytical capacity to interpret learning evaluation data and optimize program outcomes   Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, training, or organizational development Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with: Learning Management Systems (LMS) Virtual and in-person training facilitation platforms AI productivity and workflow automation tools Visa sponsorship not available for this position Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits .   The base pay range shown is a guideline.
